Get ready to recharge your body and mind as we spend two and a half hours reconnecting with ourselves and nature!
We'll start hiking at 8:30 AM for about 45 minutes until we reach the waterfalls. I’ll discuss a bit of information and history along the way. At the falls, we'll meditate for 15 minutes surrounded by the soothing sounds of rushing water, birds chirping and wind rustling through the trees.
We'll head back half way until we reach a small, shaded, flat area slightly off the main trail. Here, we’ll flow through at least 30 minutes of traditional Hatha yoga before hiking back to the parking lot.
