Adult Yoga Summer Day Camps

Remember when you were a kid, and you couldn’t wait to grow up? And now that you’re #adulting, you realize how much more exciting & easy life was as a kid.

Introducing One Day Fun Day Friday Adult Yoga Summer Camps! Come and splash, climb, play, move, create, jump, dream, relax & reconnect with nature. This 6 week series of day camps combines all the fun and excitement you had as a kid at summer camp with the adult health benefits and relaxation of yoga & mindfulness.

Each Friday includes music, meditation, mindful arts & crafts, a relaxing yoga class taught by Miranda Peterson and a featured workshop/activity like slacklining, acro yoga, SUP yoga, bouldering, handstands, arm balances and more! A healthy, plant-based lunch partially sponsored by Earth Fare is also included.

You know you’ve been curious, so here’s your chance to try some fun, new things and make fun, new friends. Beginner yogis over 18 are welcome but it is recommended for participants to have some prior yoga experience.

This full day of fun & mindful activities costs just $18/hour, the cost of a single drop-in yoga class. Plus, 20% of proceeds will be donated to Riverlink, a non-profit committed to preserving and protecting our ancient French Broad river. (She’s the fifth oldest river in the world, so she needs lots of TLC!)

This is a win-win-win, y’all! You’re supporting your own mental & physical wellbeing, several local neighbors & small businesses and your environment!

But, you’ve gotta sign up soon because space is limited. You don’t want to be the only one who is clocked in or stuck in your cubicle or confined to your couch while everyone else is having a blast outside. Science has proven that spending time outside is good for releasing stress, improving your mood and your immune system.

See y’all this summer!
