Sound Healing (also known as a Sound Bath) is a calming, evidence-informed practice that uses therapeutic sound and vibration to help the body relax, reset, and restore. During your private session, your facilitator will use singing bowls and other vibrational instruments to produce resonant frequencies that interact with the body on a cellular level. These sound waves gently calm the nervous system, slow brainwave activity, and support emotional release—similar to the meditative states accessed through yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness practices. Adding a Sound Bath session to any occasion is a wonderful way to accomodate everyone in your group --- perfect for corporate settings, retreat weekends, reunions, or celebratory getaways! Whether experienced on its own, to complement your micro retreat, private yoga class or enjoy alongisde your mobile massage, sound healing supports deep restoration, fostering balance, mindfulness, and inner tranquility.
